Deleting a workspace
How the type-to-confirm delete works, and what gets removed.
Destructive. Deleting a workspace cascades and permanently removes: products, chatbots, message logs, dashboard metrics, chat history, integrations. Shopify itself is untouched — your store, products, and orders remain in Shopify.
How to delete
From the Workspaces list, open the menu (three dots) on the workspace card, then click the trash icon. A confirmation modal opens.
Type-to-confirm
To enable the Delete workspace button you must type the workspace name (or its store URL) exactly — the field is case-sensitive. This prevents accidental clicks from wiping a workspace.
Press Enter once the value matches to confirm. Clicking Cancel or outside the modal aborts and leaves your data intact.
