How the sidebar is organised, and where to find each page.
The sidebar groups every page into four sections so related tools sit together:
- Overview — Dashboard: top-line metrics and recent activity for the selected workspace.
- AI Commerce — Products, Orders, Abandoned Checkouts, Integrations: everything that touches your Shopify catalog and checkout funnel.
- AI Conversations — Chatbot, Social Media Chats, Tickets, Feedback: live conversations, the ticket queue, and customer feedback in one place.
- Analytics & Operations — Usage, Billing: credit balance, subscription, and plan management.
Collapse the sidebar from the toggle in its header if you want more screen space — section labels hide and items become icon-only.
